Situated on 12.7 acres property, in environmental-friendly greeneries, Sona Malting & Derivatives is the leading Sorghum malting and malt extract plant in Nigeria. The salient features of the plants are:
- Sorghum malting plant 30,000TPA
- Malt Extract plant: 25,000 TPA & expansion to enhance to 33,000 TPA in process.
- Automated operation from materials handling from grain storage to finished product.
- Reliable utilities such as: outsourced power generation to IPP company, Standby DG SET and deep Boreholes, latest water treatment and stainless steel storage facility.
- Adequate storage silos and protected warehouse spaces for raw and malted Sorghum.
- Ultra-modern laboratory with latest state-of-the-art equipment for testing and analysis of raw, under-process grains and finished products.
